How to find us:

Wagtail Country Park We are one and half miles off the A1 and situated 6 miles from Grantham, 12 miles from Newark Notts, 25 miles from Nottingham and 32 miles from Lincoln .

Approaching from the North:

From the A1 North take a left turn at the Esso Garage when you see the sign post for Marston and Barkston taking you onto Tollbar Road. Continue down Toll Bar Road and take a left, following sign post for Barkston and Wagtail Country Park onto Green Lane. Continue down Green Lane then take a right onto Cliff Lane following sign post for 'Wagtail Country Park'. Continue down Cliff Lane to the end and around the slight bend and we are on the left after the fishery.

Approaching from the South:

After Grantham you will pass a large department store called 'Downtown' once you have passed this continue on the AI and follow the sign post from Marston and Barkston which is a right turn at the Esso Garage taking you onto Toll Bar Road.  Continue down Toll Bar Road then take a left following the sign post for Barkston and Wagtail Country Park taking you onto Green Lane. Continue down Green Lane then take a right onto Cliff Lane following sign post for Wagtail Country Park. continue down Cliff Lane to the end and around the slight bend and we are on the left after the fishery.

Approaching from the South and want to avoid crossing the A1: 

Continue after the sign post for Marston and Barkston and carry on taking the slip road for Long Bennington. Cross over the flyover and approach the site from the North following directions above from the North.
